Irene is excited by her future:"This position is very much in line with my career goals. My husband and I were limited geographically as he works in Indianapolis. We could only limit our search to where we could both commute. I had to overcome the fact that I am not American born. This made recruiters very wary of me even though I have 12 years working experience in other countries."
